My ergonomic office chair was about $600 and is rated to be sat in for over 12 hours per day, he highest rating they give.
I have not had any kind of back discomfort since and as a bonus since it's mesh instead of pleather it doesn't make my back hot during the summer.

I'm sure there are good gaming chairs but the word gaming doesn't really mean anything and is usually used to sell a bad product.

They made so many, and so many businesses buy them, that you can get one second hand for the same price you'd pay for a regular quality office chair, and be left with something that's built like a fucking tank, is incredibly comfy, and has a million replaceable parts that are in stock everywhere if something ever does go wrong and someone takes a machete to it.

Once you go full mesh, you never go back to foam trash.

being a manlet is actually very advantagous as you dont need an expensive chair. just get a regular chair with decent height adjustment and if your back feels weird just stand instead. At your height any standard desk should be a standing desk, maybe you will need a box to stand on though.
