After finishing Stalker: SOC vanilla for the third time i finally decided to install mods, so i installed complete mod because i read it let you continue playing after the end
Now i just beat it and turns out /v/ hates it for some reason, why? other than the ocassional shitty music at the duty base, the fact that my bullets no longer seem to teleport through enemies's heads randomly and the fact that i could FINALLY fix my stuff i didn't see any difference in difficulty.
I still had a hard time in the same places i used to have a hard time at, and still died a bunch of times on the places i used to die alot in
plus the stadium sucked me out of my last rifle bullets so i finally found out aboutwhat awaits you at the entrance to pripyat if you want to leave
Lol just play metro instead.

already did.
Because what relatively light gameplay tweaks it makes are in service of making the game easier. That's just a fact. It looks okay but the fact is there are far more worthwhile overhauls and mods to be trying if you've already beaten the base game three times, especially these days in a world where fucking Lost Alpha is released. SoC mod community has had lots of time to bear fruit and Complete is dime store shit.

Complete is pure shit. Should've gone with AMK 1.4

Even Starter Pack, the REAL "vanilla 2.0" experience, would offer freeplay after the real ending, without totally fucking up the style and difficulty of the game or being absolutely obsolete at this point.
Some people worship Complete the same reason people buy Apple trash: it's all they know of, and is talked about all the time.
