I agree OP. I'm terrible at video games too so Breath of the Wold was much better. The combat is nice and simple and the game tells you exactly what you need to do. I don't know why people get off on these hard games.

Bloodborne is far from perfect but I got way more out of it than BotW. Most of BotW fell flat for me, it prioritized quantity over quality too much, and was lacking in many areas (dungeons, story, music, pacing, progression, etc). Bloodborne has a top tier atmosphere and setting, and while not all the bosses are great, they're better than five variations of Ganon. Bloodborne also has way better enemy variety.

They're pretty different games so it's hard to make a real comparison but as far as personal player experiences go, I enjoyed Bloodborne much more overall. But they're both massively overrated by console warriors.

That track is so fantastic because of how quiet the rest of the game is outside of towns. It's pretty standard for a Zelda game just feels more powerful in this one. I actually like that design, the atmospheric music being so sparse until mounting up or reaching a town or the castle in this post apocalyptic wilderness makes me feel like I'm playing a Ghibli movie.
