Name a bigger gimmick.

my dick
amiibos
This would have been way cooler if the stupid device could hold memory for more than 1 game.
Than this shit came out. E-readers were still great for animal crossing.
>>381040510
GCN-GBA CABLE
>>381041507
That was useful though.
>>381041640
For what, 2 games? I bought it for AC. I was very sad about my purchase.
>>381040510
The gameboy camera and printer
>>381041473
And Pokemon to some extent. Remember the Eon Ticket and when the TCG included e-Reader codes on some of their cards?
>>381040510
This would have been infinitely more successful if the e-reader could store games after scanning them.
>>381041870
Yeah, I remember going to toys-r-us and getting one of those tickets for the pokemon for gba.
I was a big game and watch fag and I was sad that we never got more of them. When's the next Game and Watch Gallery Nintendo?
>>381041730
Zelda 4 Swords (though shitty since you needed 4 people), Wind Waker's Tingle Tuner was interesting, AC, Pokemon since it let you gen gen 2 starters as well as Lugia and Ho-Oh, Jirachi without events. Considering how big Pokemon was and how uncommon AR/Gameshark was around the school yard it was worth it for Pokemon alone.
Yeah the fucking kinect
>>381040510
How about an entire console dedicated to collecting cards?
>and it's made for young kids but you have to get a T rated game with it
I never knew what the e-reader levels in GBA smb3 were like, I wish they werent fucking impossible to find
>>381040510
Nintendo wii
Kinect
gamecube and wii mic
skylanders
>>381042356
Didn't JontTron or AVGN review this?
>>381042631
The virtual console version of GBA SMB3 has them pre-unlocked
clu clux cland looks fun
>>381040591
How's your dick a gimmick? You mean it's only good once, and then gets you dumped for being nothing special?
>>381042356
This thing always interested me as a kid, if that's what I think it is. Are there any worthwhile games on it?
>>381042091
Fucking this
>>381043105
Nope. Then again there's only like 6 games for it after all.
>>381042271
kinect was well supported
>>381040638
How about amiibos that you can customize with interchangeable parts from Ubisoft?I actually think they look cool
500 MILLION POINTS, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU... ARE...COOL!
>>381040510
>>381043356
And was fucking stupid.
>Take existing wireless tech
>Make it locked down
>End up getting sued by Australia
>>381043002
Well, if he's anything like Nintendo it means he tries to fit it in where it's not wanted
>>381043689
This thing was awesome
>>381044151
>tfw had a WPA router back in the day
>tfw bought one of these
>tfw the piece of shit didn't work anyway
2005 was a dark, dark time.
>>381044151
>tfw I bought it to play Tetris DS online
Why did the DS only have WPS only anyways?
Wasn't it always shit? I don't know, I got a wireless modem where WPA/WPA2 was already the standard
>>End up getting sued by Australia
NEver heard of that
>>381044758
>While Nintendo hasn't come forward explaining the reason for the discontinuation of the device, manufacturers Buffalo Technology are reportedly no longer licensed to distribute it due to a successful recent lawsuit[13] by the Australian Government's technology research agency CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation). As a result, the company has been prevented from trading in any products adhering to the 802.11a/g standards in the US,[14][15] including the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector.
