Find a different more constructive hobby. Something you can do anytime. Lifting and running wont work because you need to stick to a schedule for both and doing too much can result in injury. Try writing or drawing or something creative.

I feel like I have an inconsistent gaming addiction, that is, sometimes I'll get so hooked up in a game I won't be able to think about anything else, and I'll play it to shit until I finish it 100%, but then if I don't get hooked on another game right away, I'm suddenly not addicted anymore and I can do other things besides playing
