do you happen to know if there's enough -avatar perp gear to reduce summon MP cost to 0 at the 99 level cap?

Retail is kinda meh, I've just been playing on lv75 cap private servers the last year or two instead.

you can get enough to gain mp back with avatar out, you just blow through it with Blood Pact: Rage.

these 3 will put you over the 15 mp a tic, even if you can't get them there are other options and accessories like evoker's ring. then you just fill in the gaps with refresh gear.
