Link is legit manlet and shorter than most of the cast generally, including Zelda in most of the games, but at the same time, the cast outside of the NPCs also has quite a few giants running around. Like not even including Ganondorf's concept height from Hyrule historia being 7'5'', he's easily at least 8 feet in most of the games.
