tl;dr What are some good fighting games?
Recently i've wanted to get into a fighting game. The only previous experience i've had is playing super street fighter 5 on the 3DS. But now i have a controller and i'm ready to play on my computer. I've also been looking at Tekken 7 on steam because as far as i can tell, that seems like the best i can find so far.

It sort of depends what you're looking for but I'd say the best 2D fighter is Guilty Gear and
the best 3D fighter is Tekken 7. You'll probably find more of a community with Tekken 7
though.

yeah, on steam charts, guilty gear has a daily peak of like 450, and Tekken 7 has almost 9,000
