Need some outside opinions. I got 20k feathers and I pretty much have four choices to choose from the following:
1) Upgrade Sharena to 5*

It really doesn't invalidate the boon. If you get attacked twice with physical attacks(which she can survive with 35,41 with buffs, defense) you "saved" 3 potential hp(could be more or less depending on the color). Hell if a green attacks you you're likey to take no damage period with 41 defense. Hp is the least harmful bane in existence, especially when a seal completly negates it.

31/34 Offensive stats at neutral, goes up to 41/44 with just Hone+Goad Cavalry buffs, plus 15 Attack added from his weapon. He's pretty good, and even without the buffs if you give him something like Drag Back he can open up people for your other units to kill. Any predictions for the banners? Sigurd is basically guaranteed for the Gen 1 banner and if Alvis isn't in it then he's gonna be the GHB. I have some Pallas but only Caeda's got good IVs. I was thinking: standard +atk -def Hinoka with fury 3, +spd -res life and death quadelia, ruby sword +atk Caeda, and then either Camilla or Michalis. It's not wasted effort, My team can tank most things short of a bow and can return the favor right back on my turn.

I missed Spring Cummilla too and she is a very good unit to have on a flier team not just because she is a possible Bladetome abussive mage, but because with her you can take care of one of the biggest weaknesses to flier memers with her, armors.

But you'll do fine without her. just don't expect horse-level memery cause that's another level with how many mounted units we've been getting lately.

Depends, do you want to go horses or do you want to be the farm on a super saiyan Nino? You have all the pieces for a full horse team (Xander, Camus, Ursula, Cecilia) but it would take quite a large feather investment. It's worth it but it would take a while to setup. Meanwhile Nino might fit better into your main team if you have a single person dedicated to be her buffer, perhaps Sharena who you already have a 5* could do the job.

The only issue is that Cecilia isn't really the power behind a horse team, she's more of a defensive unit, and so you'd have to decide whether you want her or the ultra -blade nuke of Ursula first.

Xander/Camus/Ursula are super good and free GHB units. Thundercock is solid, albeit outclassed at fully buffed levels. Thundercunt is actually a better -Blade memer than Ursula with the right spread. Cecilia is about the only Green Cavalier worth a damn.

I'm at 210 units not counting all the ones I've used for SI, 95~ of them are red, and I've only ever found a single Lonk and 3 Hinata.

What they really need is an ability shop, it's one thing to expect people to spend orbs to gacha the hero they want but it's just far too bullshit to expect them go back into the gacha to get 2-5 other specific units just to make the target hero viable through SI. If they had a shop then people who are unlucky could have another way to get their hands on abilities, even if they were incredibly expensive through badges or feathers it wouldn't matter, just so people can have an opportunity to get them.

People have suggested new uses for the badges for a while but the inherent problem that comes with it is that there are players with thousands of badges and there are new players with barely any.
