I played it on release. Pirated it, thank god I didn't buy it. It got patched like every five minutes because Sawyer thinks it's a multiplayer game. And he ruined the already limited build variety.

In-depth character design and tactical (though not terribly challenging) combat. Bland to good writing (as long as you stay away from the NPCs with golden nameplates). A world that hews too close to standard fantasy tropes to my liking. An annoying but not intolerable amount of trash mobs that you don't get anything (loot or XP) for fighting. Decent, though not great, roleplaying potential.
