Megaman and Ace Attorney would be good with Nintendo but they're the only ones I think Nintendo would do good with

More then likely Nintendo. They, if they had any sense, would be a silent partner and only require that they make certain games for ther systems but will push them to make certain games for the other consoles and pc.

They'll respect their IPs more then Capcom will, I tell you that much.

there is no one else that can really replace Capcom, even now, they stand on their own with their accomplishments. They've had some very high highs.
