that just means your fundamentals are shit and you are focused on completely wrong things. focus on punishing button mashes instead of executing a move that you cant do consistently

i practiced a couple hours in tekken an intermediate bnb combo, but i was getting fucked online by button mashers, then i learned some strong strings and abusable lows to dodge the mash, and now i am smashing button mashers because most spammable jabs are high so i dodge low then out mash them with faster more damaging strings
