On PC it's easy. I just keep the spreadsheet on the top of the screen horizontally and the emulator running right below it horizontally. Apparently the Shadow Trial was sealed away for whatever reason and the Infernal Castle as well as Testa Rossa's awakening led the trial to take place. That's all it says but instead of why it was sealed in the first place the kids just bring their weapons out.
