How does No Russian hold up today?

Not edgy enough

I still remember my friend's twelve years old little brother laughing at No Russian (and the entirety of MW2).
He said it was stupid and nonsensical.

With number of attacks and bombing over the past 5 years or so including attacks at airports I think they'd have to cut it.
