It's essentially a barebones Let's Play of an "unfinished PS1 game" that's pretty creepy.
The creator barely ever speaks though, but that just adds to the isolating feel of the videos.
Also, it's likely that the game is really just a fake made in unity, but there was a lot of effort put into making it seem authentic. It never does anything obviously impossible for the console, like NES Godzilla did.
