The Layton-like exploration goes well with slow puzzles but not with fast rhythm minigames : there's tons of collectibles and some of them can be permanently lost, so if you want to collect them all you have to look absolutely everywhere and it's not nearly as fun as the rhythm games.
I'm on chapter 3, having a blast but I'll use a guide for the collectibles.

Touhou. /v/ used to have the best general Touhou discussions on the site, despite the mods actively deleting threads that were discussing the games.
Then a community formed around the threads, they had some stupid in-drama or something, and the threads went to shit.
Now the only Touhou discussion that happens are "ironic" weebs image dumping and shitposting about how they want to fuck little girls, and to rub salt in the wound mods don't give a fuck about these threads any more.

I hate what gamergate did to this place. Suddenly it's all about the politics of videogames. It was around the time that /pol/ started housing and spreading actual racists throughout the website instead of just being a containment board. Sure there were always threads of twitter fistfights and gaming headlines but gg brought in more casuals from around the internet to 4chan just as Chanology brought into the "freedom hackers" and Anonymous back in 2008. It's always some war now and 4channers who barely gave a shit about politics are seriously convinced of the boogyman out to get their videogames. Contrarianism turned up to 11 and HAD to hate any game even associated with criticizing GG. We are now stuck in a cycle of "holy shit some random on tumblr just said something" -> "wtf femnazis are killing muh videogames [400+ reply thread]".

Look what happened to The Last Night. A cool looking pixel adventure game filled with atmosphere and it's constant threads not even about the game. The creator of the game made some retarded comments supporting gamergate and now has grown up and realized what an idiot he has been.
