Does this game run well on PC yet? I loved Dishonored and it's DLC, and I still really want to play this. The only thing turning me away from it is that when I bought it at launch it ran like Arkham Knight's day one pc port.

Why does the Empress protag seem so chill with going full Corvo after 5 minutes?

Sort of immersion breaking for her to be so OK with all black market dealings, crime and murder not even a day after the coup. Was this explained in the tutorial which I skipped? None of the civvies while escaping seem to give a shit about the situation either, they don't even recognise her.
