Fighting Games on PC

Guilty Gear Rev2 always has people in player lobbies for me.

Tekken 7

SFV has crossplay so it's not going to die until the game is completely dead.

Fightcade has tons of classics and the popular ones always have a lot of people to play, less popular ones usually have some people and then some are dead.

Skullgirls has a dedicated playerbase, most of whom are on PC, and while the game takes time to learn they're willing to help you get there.
