It was my first 360 Game ever.

Too be honest, I only played 1-3, Revenge and Paradise (And Dominator on the PSP. It was fun)
>>

this is why burnout will never get a sequel

i had it on xbox and 100% it and got it on 360 and near 100% it twice. Crash is better in revenge but the menu's are so annoying

Burnout Revenge was THE SHIT. playing like an animal wrecking cars was what made it cooler than burnout 3
the only thing that made me mad was censored music is goofy

traffic checking was nice but it should have been limited to the smallest cars during races

traffic attack should have had special cars for ramming everything but buses

>>380911930
you have to take into consideratin the time of developent, from there is slowly crawls into the mass. Thats actually what we see on your infographic but all these things need time to be build. Iphone, big bang theorie and so on. It begun in 2006, it became visible in 2007 and was adopptet in 2009.

>>
>>380913149
>non stop boosting
you literally dont need to boost all the time with the F1 cars because they can get to max speed without boost just tap boost for drifting. holding boost all the time just lowers FOV and makes crashing easier
>>
>>380909938
That's the point you fag.

If there was anything, ANYTHING Burnout did better than any other racing game on the market it was giving you a sense of speed like no other. You felt like you were going at 300 MPH even in the beginner cars who are slow as fuck compared to what you're seeing in the OP, the fastest cars in the game.

And if you crash? who cares, that was part of the fun too, by steering your wreck to fuck up someone else's day or just enjoying seeing the physics engine riverdance on your car felt satisfying enough.
>>
>>380913395
I actually have an easier time to avoid crashing with boost on because it is more stable
>>
>>380911503
In the original games, the "tracks" were just walled off paths through fully built locations. Burnout Paradise just gets rid of that forced walling off - you can get to the finish line how you please, but there are certain ways that you'll learn to consistently go down because they're the most effective way there.

>>
>>380913792
The road signs at the top of the hud will also pulse at which turn you should take. When you're going real fast and you don't know the lay of the land though, it can be frustrating to get a second's earning before you smash into a wall because you didn't realize where the turn was. They can be useful guides, but there's no substituting just learning the map.

Some frame drops to 50 fps but that's still playable enough, in the most accurate mode maybe you can reduce them in less accurate modes
