What is neogaf? It randomly started as a pure video game forum with nothing else to it?

4chan for example organically grew a gaming forum. Most websites create some kind of content then the fans want to talk to each other so a forum gets made, then groups of people continuous talk about one subject so a specific board gets made.

Real question, who is crowbcat? I've followed him for a while and he's literally like /v/ but in video form.

I know this sounds very stupid but hear me out. If you would be in any other country in the world, most people wouldn't consider you racist, not in the slightest.
