which side are you on?

But they don't have real jobs on the left, how can it be work?
>>380901740
Both.
Controller to play platformers where I feel one to one with my tactile inputs
Keyboard for fighters where I can use my muscle memory and rhythm with keys to input.
>>380901740
Just depends. I mean playing a shooter with a controller is retarded. Playing any third person game with anything but a controller is retarded. If it is a third person shooter chose whatever is the lesser evil for that specific game. Don't be an autist playing with both simultanously.
>>380901740
Both. I love video games.
Pssh.
Amateurs.
I am not "on a side", it's video games. I use PC the most though.

james edits videos in his basement for 30 minutes a day. its pretty rough
>>380903159
looks horrible desu
>>380901740
Both, unlike consoles I'm not restricted to a gamepad
>>380903159
That picture on the right almost makes me want to never touch a game again.
>STRAPPED IN AND READY TO SCORE

Madcatz's side!
Only time I use m&k is when the game is designed around a cursor or in multiplayer shooters. I play most games on console anyways, so if it's a single player fps, I always opt for a gamepad.
>>380901740
PC can do both, it isn't a decision
>>380901740
>Using PHIL FISH for controller side
i remember when gamepads were the only input style i could wrap my head around
damn that was like 18 years ago
>>380901740
Side?
SIDE?
I won't abide!
I want to hide!
I CAN'T DECIDE!

Unlike on console, where you literally have to buy an adapter and pull fuckery to get decent keyboard and mouse support, on PC you can just use both.
Hell you can even combined some nunchuck shit for movement (wasd) and use the mouse for aiming, the best out of both worlds

I actually hate joysticks for anything that has a 3D component.
Actually, I dislike joysticks. A dpad is just as comfortable and most games don't actually need the analog component.
The only good "thumb" analog device I know of is a trackball or the trackpads on the steam controller.
I know of another one that theoretically exists but no one has made it for some stupid reason. It's basically just 4 piezos hooked up in a dpad configuration and you apply more or less pressure to get a higher value.

One is good for work and good for games, the other one is just good for games. Not rocket science to figure out which is the better option.
Most PC players will have both and use a controller for the few games where it suits better.

left is for RTS
right is for everything else

>The only good "thumb" analog device I know of is a trackball or the trackpads on the steam controller.
those are good but the 3ds analog whatever the shit it is is pretty workable
it would be much better than a pressure sensitive d-pad anyway
