First four are the only ones worth playing, but they're really fun. I particularly like 1 because it actually rewards people who are good at the mini-games, while not going overboard with the random bullshit. I get that Mario Party isn't meant to be taken seriously, but the best player should win at least 8 out of 10 times.

Hey guys, I play Mario Party with my friends every now and then, but we always play 2 or 3. One of my friends says that the newer games suck because they fucked up the map so you can't choose where to go or something like that. Is this true? Are the newer ones bad?

I always liked that one hide and seek mini game in 3(?). There was really no strategy except everyone go hide behind a different prop but even still there's no way to coordinate it so its completely up to dumb luck.
