I just wish Berserk would get a good adaptation. Even the 1997 one, even though it wasn't bad, was no good compared to the manga, it felt like an advertisement for the manga more than anything. At least it had a good soundtrack and the outtakes from the English dub were good. Especially when Griffith's VA sang, that man has the voice of an angel.

I don't know if Griffith knows what Guts is up to, but I remember the witch that taught Shierke was one of the few people who could be a threat to Griffith, and so he quickly dispatched his apostles to kill her. The elf queen is probably one of the few other beings that could be a threat to Griffith, so I think it's pretty likely that Griffith will try to destroy her as well.
