Analogue sticks control each arm, so to go forward you'd move the sticks back and forward to push the wheels. Tricks can be performed by moving the sticks in a certain way. Basically Skate with a wheelchair. Hall of Meat; cripple edition.

Bently was a crip in the third Sly Cooper Game and up and his gameplay pretty solid.
Turns out if you staple a bunch of gadgets and rockets to a wheelchair it just works.
