Dreamcast. My childhood was fighting games and 2d shooters. No console has been as consistently great for them before or since.

OP here, myself i have to say the Nintendo 64. Banjo, Mario 64, Kirby, DK64, and etc are all amazing games, i fucking loved playing on my N64.
