Yeah that sounds about right. Fallout 1 is still my fav, I found 4's writing and gameplay severely lacking, but it wasn't like F- or whatever. A 70% is pretty accurate, imo

Is OWB suppose to break hardcore mode? Ever since I started OWB I havent needed to sleep.

i played it for a few hours. It was honestly trash.

One of the most generic and boring AAA games I have played in recent years. The only thing I can say is that it was playable I guess.
