You get like 2 social links at night - Devil (Tanaka) and Tower (Monk guy).
Other than that? No - there's fuck all to do at night in P3.

Some nights the arcade has a machine that gives more Academics than studying. 2 night SLs as well. Arcade machine also raises one Persona's STR/MAG/AGI.

Could also walk Koromaru on some nights.
