That anon is completely right, you do understand some games are locked at 30 fps, right? He's not saying 60 fps means games are running double the speed in general, that's retarded, but some games that are made and locked at 30 fps then yes that's exactly what happens.

It's like bethesda games, sure you can alter the files and unlock skyrim or fallout 4 so they run at 60 fps, but the game becomes unplayable at that point because it's literally just running double the speed now so movement is weird and physics are beyond fucked. Breath of the wild is the same way, on cemu it actually runs at 60 fps when in shrines and in menus, but it's unplayable because the game is fucked, you have to actually cap the game to 30 fps to prevent it from breaking.

I get 30fps in most area but some areas seem to dip down to 22-25.

Shrines I get 60+fps so I have to limit my fps using rivatuner

It's a slightly less smooth experience than switch and crashes once every 3 hours or so but honestly, it's well worth it for playing from the comfort of my PC and saving 400+ on a switch
