That's the opposite of what the game is though.
The actual gameplay is actually really solid. But basically nothing outside of that is in any way interesting.

It's fun, easy to play, comfy, simple yet difficult in places, and can be mastered. It's got cool aesthetic and a variety of playstyles. What's there to dislike?

The point of the game is to take risks and explore to unlock new content. If your only goal is not dying then the game is easy and just involves sitting around a lot.

I like it, personally. Story mode is very challenging.
