HLA + Mercapocalypse/Give Everybody Guns is my current jam. The HLA extras with a shit load of weapons too. Including silly stuff like a couple of airsoft guns which do no damage (but do inflict a tiny bit of shock, so if you unload 100+ BBs into someone they stay shocked for a minute or so)

My current team in my Rebels playthrough, going modern Russian with 74Ms, planning to exhaust the rest of my AP ammo stash and then change load out into either modern Chinese or WW2 Russian.
Breaking the theme, I've got Ivanov carrying one of my favourite meme pistols as backup - the Taurus Raging Judge, firing No4 buck.
