Not true, the problem didn't exist in 1.0 (wouldn't recommend 1.0 though, has some lighting bugs and isn't too stable). It was added in 1.4, I think? Nowadays you should play it with AMD x64 patch which is 1.32 or something like that.

Blood Dragon should've been a full game. I dont know why they waste their time with this contemporary shit.

Blood Dragon was just a shitty neon reskin of Far Cry 3, which was already the AssCreed formula applied to FPS in open world.

The tryhard referential """""humor"""" of it is awful, the animals got a metal coat of paint, it's just the same shit as before but with patch-tier levels of new content. I've seen indie games with bigger changes in free patches than BD compared to FC3. Also they made the game even more simplified, not allowing you to pick which skill you want after leveling up, as if this shitty milked series wasn't already extremely fucking casual already.

I liked FC2 despite it's obvious flaws, FC3 fixed them, but lost a lot of charm in the process
FC3BD had very good atmosphere, but other than that it's just a simple DLC with new missions and weapons
I don't give a shit about this series since then, it has obvious case of ubisoft syndrome where all the games feel and play the same

I like it because of the aesthetic, like I REALLY like the aesthetic. But if it is really a reskin of farcry 3 and 3 works the same way, then 3 must be really fucking shit and i only put up with this game because its short and more focused on action.

If it wasnt for the fact that I can shoot robocops gun and the enemies look like Power Rangers, this game would be shit.

I like how side quests are blunt about their meaninglessness, but holy shit the other farcry games must be awful.

I bought it because it seemed interesting but I was wrong, it's awfully boring and repetitive, "go here and kill something" over and over, it never ends.
