The only times it ever ran at 60fps was when you looked at the sky or were in areas where there wasn't much to render.

Not to mention because the framerate wasn't locked, there was a huge frame pacing problem which made the game look even more jittery than it does on a stable 30fps game.
30fps is literally a non issue for these games considering they've all either been locked at 30, or 45fps with terrible frame pacing issues.

Trying to shift this as a "westernization" problem is incredibly retarded and autistic, considering there has never been a full 60fps MonHun game even before it's been westernized as some of you autists are screaming about.

I'm in the crowd that think MH needs a facelift after using PS2 graphics for so long, but this is Capcom we're talking about. No way in hell would they be able to deliver on all of their promises. Just look at MVCI. Even with Disney money they couldn't make a graphically good looking fighter, so I don't understand how people don't question whether Capcom's talk about a living ecology is bullshit. "Targeting" makes it sound like they're having trouble at keeping the game at a constant 30 for consoles because they're stuffing so much shit into the game. Might be the reason why they've yet to show gameplay to the open public.

I don't doubt that the game will be well optimized on PC for the fact that it runs on MT Framework. If it were possible for it to run on 60 FPS for consoles, then Capcom would gloat about it being 60 FPS and 1080P. Afterall, they gloated about MH4U being 60 FPS on the 3DS as they have uploaded Youtube videos of the game running at 720p/60 FPS when it that wasn't the case.

I'm not a MHW hater, and I own a PS4. But I have my doubts because this is Capcom we're talking about. I can't take anything they say at face value because of all the bullshit they've done.
