I've been making mods for bethesda games since 2004 and I don't see where the problem is
Do people want money? does it always come down to that? I'm not saying to just drop your mod on a file hosting site without people being able to know who did the job but at least don't make it easy for suits to drop a C&D on your work, especially if you're working on something like that
I guess there's no way they could have known about it but, this case and all the recent C&Ds on fangames and stuff should set up a precedent and people should be more careful
