I went to Japan last month and kinda regret it, nightlife is kinda shit, only thing that are open in clubs. Also girls don't put out, best I got was 2 girls grinding on me for a while. Most girls don't even dance, they fucking sit on the sides at the woman only areas by themselves.

Thailand was my second choice for vacation, I wonder if I would've gotten more action there,

Oddly enough though my gf wants to go on a holiday to Japan soon. So I am saving up to go to Nippon now. I am not a weeb but I do like a lot of Japanese games and anime. So I guess I can enjoy it like that, but I've just heard that Japan itself is so shit and it's a thing you should appreciate from afar.

What would you recommend for Japan? Is Akihabara decent? Are the maid cafe's good?

And hey if you do go to Thailand, go to Pattaya, it's easy as fuck, there are shuttle busses right outside of Suvarnabhumi airport that take you there, about a 3 hour bus ride. Get a cheap hotel a street back from the beach, you will save so much money. Then go down to walking street. Some guys will tell you to go to Soi 6, since that is the brothel area. But the girls are shit tier there. Go to Walking Street where the strip clubs are, because you can fuck there girls there too, but they are a bit more expensive, but way better looking. Or you could just go to any old bar in the place and pick up some chick it's easy as fuck honestly. But Walking Street bars and clubs have the best looking girls except for the high class nudie massage places that are scattered around town.

Never went to any maid cafes when I was there, but they were advertising on the street and looked pretty cute. Akihabara is the only place in Tokyo where anime and manga shit is super prevalent. It was pretty fun just walking around and doing some window shopping. Went to Gundam cafe and it was shit, portions are tiny. Square Enix cafe was okay.

Funnest things for me was late night Shinjuku, the Nigerians will harass you hard, especially if you look foreign, just ignore them and they'll go away. Going bar hopping around there is pretty fun, especially at Golden Gai, Capcom bar there is excellent too. Clubbing and shopping in Shibuya was fun, shopping around Roppongi Hills was great, especially since they had a big Marvel exhibit when we went.

As for non Tokyo, Osaka was also pretty good for nightlife, its red light district is weird as fuck as its and open brothel where you can see the prostitutes before you pay. Didn't pay for one but it was weird walking around there.

Did most of the tradtional Japanese stuff life going to temples and Onsens in Kyoto, going to Inari Shrine was fun, especially since we went off path and purposely got lost on the way back down. Biked around and sight see'd in Hiroshima for a bit, went to Kobe purely for the beef which is excellent.

Oh yeah and bar hobbing in Thailand is god tier. Pattaya has something like 5k bars and clubs so you can literally spend the whole night in one giant pub crawl it's fantastic. Also good nudie bars for walking street to visit would be The Windmill Club, Crazy House, Sugarbaby a GoGo and The Dollhouse. Those were my favorites though there was some other fantastic ones as well. Also a lot of Russian clubs with white girls there if you want that as well as your asian girls. Crazy Russian Girls was alright but they rip you off compared to the other clubs.

Air bnb for 3 weeks was $1100
JR pass which lets you use the shinkansen unlimited times was around $300 for one week, also had to pay for hotels and shit when I was out of Tokyo for that one week, so throw another $150 on that
I brought around $2500 spending money for three weeks, came out with like $200 left, but I was a bit frugal

So around $4000 CAD per person for three weeks, which isn't bad.
