If you like him, yes. He's not fast enough to work a quad build like Raven, but he can do cool shit with Reprisal. His axe isn't too bad either-- 1 MT less than a Silver and it has an added panic effect. His purpose is basically to bait enemies into attacking him so he can ready up a Reprisal (or some other 3-cooldown skill like Draconic Aura) and ensure that his attacker does not receive any buffs after their initial encounter.

I recommend a setup like this:

After 3 stamina potions worth of fucking up I need to ask for advice on infernal as it's fucking my shit up. I have managed to get to one unit left (the last blue cav) but by then my Julia is too low to deal with him without dying and then i'm fucked as he strolls over to my Ike/Julia and instgibs them.

The team I'm using is +Spd -Res Ike (Aether, HB3, Axebreaker 3, Threaten Atk 2), Neutral Azura (Moonbow, Spd +3, WoM 3, Hone Atk 3),
+Res -Def Julia (Draw Back, Iceberg, Fury 3, G Tomebreaker 3, BoL 3) and my newest addition of +Atk -Def Reinhardt who is still a work in progress (Moonbow, DB3, Vantage 2).

My other potential SI'd options are TA3/B-tomebreaker MRobin, PS3 Jaffar, Brave sword+ Alfonse and I also have a -Atk Erika, Hector and Minerva. Any advice for how to get through this Aside from gitting gud, something I'm working on would be appreciated as not being to complete infernal is pissing me off now.

I do have over 4k SP on Julia since she was the only 5* unit I managed to pull more than one of and she's a staple of my TT team (she's currently at +2) and I do have a Laslow and multiple 4* Roys spare so that is an option as currently I need to build Iceberg for the TA3 B mage reinforcement to take it out in one battle (thanks inflated stats). Does she need gronnraven(+) as well or will Naga still be sufficient?

As for red tomes, I currently have no 5* Red tomes as of now and the only viable red tome I have as a 5* option is my 4* Lv 40 Tharja who has essentially neutral IVs which I cannot exactly recall right now (+/- HP/Def/Res). As far as ranged units go I do have a +HP -Res B Cordelia as well but she's currently missing a lot of the tools she needs to be viable for this.

He has 8th highest defence @ 36 (higher than Effie, an actual tank unit), WoM and 14th highest atk in the game. He would be such a good Hector hunter/blue meta killers with Brave Axe+.

Really considering building him up my +atk-Spd with brave axe+, Fury 3, WoM3 and Reposition as a part of physical Cav emblem with Camus and Xander.

Get one up so that she can get horse buffed by Xander/Camus/Reinhardt, send her up to the top right fortress tile first turn so she counter-kills the archer and blue mage, let reinhardt bait the red mage and counter them for decent damage, and from there on, xander on a fortress tile is near impenetrable to Legion, and all of them being horses means they can just keep running away like cowards.

I need advice on the map itself as I keep fucking up midway, most often when the second wave of reinforcements (the stupidly bulky TA3 blue mage and the red cav who can survive a battle with rein (which is bullshit) unless he has an atk buff from Azura).

My current strategy is turn one I bait out the blue cav with Julia and the red cav with rein moving him to the lower left def tile with Azura between them and Ike just below Julia, waiting for the next turn. Legion lives from the fight with Ike with 3 HP and the reinforcements come which I think is just one Legion with fury 3 and G Tomebreaker 3.

Turn 3 is where things start going wrong as I have to use Julia to kill the right legion off to charge Iceberg, use Ike who's Aether procs to kill the reinforcement Legion and heal him and then I have a choice of killing the red mage with Rein or Azura as neither Ike or Julia can bulk a hit off him, I generally opt for Rein but this procs his moonbow so he has 1 charge to go and move Azura to prep for the sword cav reinforcement unit.

This is when the wave of reinforcements fucks me for the reasons stated above (only Julia can take out the blue mage and only buffed Rein/Azura can take out the sword cav in one battle which risks leaving them either in range of the other Legion or Archer which has full charge from the start.

Any tactics in battle which can help with this (makes TT Lunatic 7 seem piss easy in comparison) would be appreciated

A typical one I see is xander hone, cecilia fortify, and ursula for another hone

if you have camus and rein on the same team you can get away with 2 goads instead of 2 hones

What I did with my Kagero is to have her hit the Legion to the right then the Legion to the left after a dance. Xander comes in after and swaps her out, which leaves her in range of the red tome. She has L and D 2, so she would've died had it not been for the + res boost from the seal I gave to my Ninian. Anna comes in after and repositions Ninian out to avoid the blue horse mage. Most what Kagero does is to play keep away from the enemy units using dance and repositioning Ninian away with Kagero. Xander takes out the blue horse mages with bonfire+vantage, and Anna picks off weakened Legions. It took me several tries to find the right positioning, and I don't think I remember how to do it exactly, so after that turn I gave ya, you'll be on your own.

TA on Ike since Heavy Blade didn't actually do crap here, and I needed him to take as little damage from Legion as possible as I used him to kill all but the very first one on the right.

This is my current team. No changes done for both Tempest and GHB. It was doable as long as I kept Nino with a Spd buff or Ike with Rally Def to tank Legion. I slipped through the right alley and made my way to the top while killing every spawn that appeared above me. It took a lot of Reposition, Dance and Draw Back shenanigans but my team managed. I used to have Hector instead of Olivia but during Tempest I made the switch, now I get constant A's, as you probably are getting too.

I might change the Fortify Res seal to Olivia and add HP +3 to Nowi.

After 4 Stamina potions I finally beat Legion on infernal with MRobin saving me by moving him to the top left def tile to bait the archer thanks to Azura moving him up, using Julia to bait the blue cav mage and moving Ike under Azura turn one. During the enemy phase the archer dies and the blue mage goes to ~20HP. Turn two I kill the blue mage cav with Julia, dance her with Azura and then use her to kill the right Legion with Iceberg+AB 3 and move Ike to the lower Def tile to shield Azura/MRobin from the Left Legion who dies in the enemy phase.

One note about this layout is that no reinforcements get a chance to spawn since none come when the archer comes and since reinforcements come at the start of a player phase so there is no time for them to arrive.

Infernal driving me mad... I had won earlier but fucked up at the last moment and now I'm just wasting all my stamina.
