I remember that beach! It was a long time ago since I played Jack and Daxter but I remember there was a trampoline that you needed to activate with the blue power stuff. And I just barely managed to reach it after like a 100 trys by getting blue power from a node far away and spamming "roll jump" over and over. Later I realized that there was some thing later in the game that spawned a power node right next to it.
