I get 144fps, but i have a 60hz monitor.
I want to upgrade, but should i get a 1440p monitor at 60z, or a 144hz monitor at 1080p?

Depends, I have a BenQ XL2430T and it makes a big difference when you can actually hit 144fps, but that doesn't happen often on the games I play. Unless you play a lot of competitive shooters, I would recommend a good 1440p IPS panel instead.
