I got roadblocked on one character so I loaded up an alt that still had some of the 3.5 MSQ to go, and the solo instance there just started up without so much as a hitch.

They're basically saying "Okay every solo instance gets an equal share of the servers, no favoritism to this one just because there are literally thousands of times as many people trying to do it as the next-most populated solo instance."

The pro-gamer challengeboyz stuff they removed, like "Hit a DoT between every four combos", "Hit these two extra buttons whenever they light up", and "Once a raid tier, use a non-DA combo even though you have enough MP to do a DA combo", is more or less counterbalanced by the way that you both gain and consume MP a lot faster, and have to be a little more mindful that you don't overcap your MP/Blood and waste any, and also that you don't dump too much too quickly and not have it when you need it.

It's a lateral shift, difficulty-wise.

everyone is synced at level 60. You get a specific skill set with potencies different from pve actions.

I just did it with warrior. Your skill set's purpose is clear and concise, so you always know what to do and you never fumble about with your massive pve+pvp hotbars. Skill set seems a bit lacking though, feels like there should be a bit more.

All in all, I like this change
