I'm not looking forward to buying a game to play through an entire story campaign starring characters I hardly give a shit about, just to hope I can get characters I want as DLC I have to pay more for that will likely come at level 1 and needed to be grinded up to be usable in whatever the Adventure Mode equivalent is going to be, not to mention they probably won't get anything the characters I don't care about will get like supports or any interactions with other characters at all, especially since they said they also want the game to be fully voiced and this is on N3DS too so fucking nuts to expecting nice things for DLC there.

I might as well just ignore this game and wait for the Legends version in hopes that the characters I care about who get added as DLC get something possibly nice there, unless they decide to add more OCs and just slap the focus on them while the other characters are just incidental bystanders.

They already said the starting lineup is going to be larger than your usual "first entry" musou, and that there'll be weapon diversity, necessary by virtue of the weapon triangle, so until we hit a dozen and a half characters and we get a feel for the final state of the roster, you all are just throwing tantrums.

Now supports are in. I'm interested in how they'll handle Chrom's interactions with the rest of the cast. He's demonstrated an almost encyclopedic knowledge of previous FE legends(up to and including Fates if you want to count Before Awakening) and can identify some of them like Marth and Arvis on sight. So in a "true" crossover and not him just interacting with the phantom remnants of spirits long gone I'm wondering how he might treat some of them.

You know we're rightfully being skeptical after the DLC shitshow that Hyrule Warriors was. Hyrule Warriors played out in true Cashcom fashion.
