Rock-You Randy 2hkos everything and if played properly, never takes damage. On top of that, he's fucking beefy. Literally the best grappler in existence, and can shit on even 3v1s of actual good players.
1-Shit Jej gets lol'd on by Samantha's/Ether's ranged specials... But nobody plays gimmick shit in novice league so scrubs think 1-Shit is S-tier when he has 2 literally unwinnable matchups where he has to constantly run away.

All 1-Shit is good for at higher skills levels is reking Bumpys and shutting down Domes/Grandguards. He's fucking low A-tier at best.

So what's one shot johny specialty? If he's just fast he's still going to be one shot himself.
