Which has the better graphics / gameplay controls / movesets.

I really havent played much fighting games outside of SFIV, DoA5 and Umineko doujin game.

As someone desperately trying to migrate from Street Fighter, I've been prefering Tekken.

I had the closed beta for KoF14 and I enjoyed it. It feels a lot like KoF13, but that's coming from a layman.

I've bought Tekken and it's been so fun to sink time into. I haven't enjoyed playing training mode this much since USF4. I still suck online though, need to get better movement/defensive options down.
I would add that I haven't played any other Tekken before (at least since I was a kid), so can't comment on how good it is compared to previous installments.

Dragunov is a lot of fun. I didn't like Akuma in SF games so I don't like him in T7, but he does feel faithful to his usual playstyle.
