This fucker won't work on my PC

Help me /v/ I can't get this thing running for pc gaming without some kind of issue.

>try scp toolkit
>installation is fast and easy
>start playing AM2R, everything seems to respond just fine
>within 5 minutes there's this constant input to make samus move in the upper left direction, pausing the game makes the map constantly jitter towards the upper left
>it's a bitch to exit out because every menu is instantly switching to the leftmost option and cycling up through the options.
>think it's isolated to AM2R and try to play Dissidia 012 on PPSSPP
>same upper left jitters happen immediately
>try to re-install the drivers and fix the problem
>no changes
>try editing the settings, dead-zone, whatever
>nothing changes
>say "fuck it" and look for alternatives.
>hear motioninjoy is spyware cancer but I have no other options.
>Install it and Better DS3.
>AIDS to set up, but it works perfectly once it gets going.
>come back the next day
>can't get it to recognize that I have a DS3 controller plugged into the PC
>try reloading the drivers, re-installing the program, nothing works.
>Control Panel SAYS it can tell there is a PS3 controller plugged in with a USB, but nothing else can detect it
>still can't play vidya b/c nothing realizes I've got a DS3 plugged in
>fuck this noise

Please for the love of god help me figure out a solution to this. I just want to enjoy my emulators and platformers in peace without obstructive bullshit.
