I wait for a game which would make playing str build simple in terms of combat, controls, focus on shield etc. and dex build to demand actual dexterity and speed, quick reflexes, parry/dodge, precision etc.

I think the whole conflict between dexfags and strfags comes from the fact that no game, or perhaps a small amount of games, managed to do it right. Most games make both builds similarly simple/easy to use, while dex build should be significantly harder, but mastered would give a significant advantage over str build.
