Any of the ones that end in QTE's or the whole fight is a QTE.

The Fable boss that just stands there and lectures you.

You push a button and your character will just kill him mid-speech.

You wait for him to finish his generic endboss monologue and one of your companions will interrupt him by shooting him in the face instead.

You get all hyped to go face him, and after you carve through his guards, he's not the most powerful warrior in his army. Nope. He's just a normal elderly politician. And he can't do shit to stop you after you've removed his protections. He's completely at your mercy.

Which is actually cool enough that maybe he's one of the best final bosses.

bruh Lord Gwyn is one of the best boss fights. A once powerful near godlike man reduced to a petty husk from linking the fire and the chosen undead who has triumphed all challenges stands before him ready to slay his final opponent. The music is so fucking fitting and dramatic and gwyn still being to fucking sick cunt he is can still mop the floor with you if arent careful.

I don't know what the fuck they were thinking with a QTE final boss, there's even a real human boss earlier in the game.

The Uncharted 1 boss which is just a 3-button QTE to kill.

All I remember in Uncharted 3 was how half the cast just disappeared at some point and never showed their faces again, as if the game was rushed and they cut out ideas which removed some of the storytelling.

I thought the final boss of Darksiders 1 couldn't be beat in terms of being anti-climactic (the end cutscene made up for it) but hole fuck the final boss of 2 was just pathetic.
