So I'm trying to start the Honest Hearts dlc and I've told Jed I'm ready to go to Zion, but he keeps telling me that I'm carrying too much. I'm carrying 60 pounds or less and he still says the same thing. I even have the strong back perk this time and I passed the check as well, yet nothing changed. This happened on my last playthrough as well, is this a common bug? I haven't had a single problem with the game so far, modded and all. Load order seems to be fine and this is the only hiccup I've had. Help me /v/, you're my only hope.
