If I were to get a Street Fighter game, SFV has less characters and I don't care that much about online.
My only concern is that fighting games might be unenjoyable on a keyboard.

I've never really done it much, but I hear its almost like playing on a hitbox. I guess if you were committed to not buying a controller, then you could make it work. I think controllers are much more comfortable than player on PC, and sticks more so than controllers, but that's just me. Try it out and see, change around the bindings, if it doesn't feel right, then refund it or get a controller.
