Cuphead is getting a Steam and Win10 release, so you can just stream the game to the Switch and play it.

And don't say anime can't do it, Kyubey is more of the face of PMMM than Madoka herself is.
I can't say anything about how others might remember characters, but I remember Cuphead when they were first announcing it to a massive audience and I instantly remembered it when I saw the character. I would say that's good character design, and by that at least DECENT, if not good, drawing skills. It's like Shovel Knight's helmet or Mario's cap.
