The only thing better is the gunplay. Scarface has the best gunplay ever in a third person shooter game though. Max Payne is good, but you can't shoot someone's balls off.

Chinatown Wars>World is Yours>Vice City

The story suffers in World is Yours because the drug dealing is how you access the missions so you just grind until you unlock them. The fact your heat level gets so high and the enemies attack all the way across town damaging property makes it a grind to get more money to repair said property.
