From the brief glimpse of a Modern Stage we got, it looks a lot more condensed when compared to Generations, and honestly? That's not really a bad thing. I liked what I saw with the Custom Character and how your stage progression changes with what wispon you choose, with it either giving you new paths or making certain paths faster to traverse. As for classic, eh, i'll play it but since I have Mania I can use that to scratch that Classic itch so having Classic in Forces won't hurt me as much as it would to the common /v/ autist. I still have hopes for this game.

Boost Sonic looks as good as it's always been, but that's only a third of the game, and that third is going to go by faster than the other two thirds which don't look as good. If there weren't any other Sonic games coming out, this might be easier to swallow since hey it's Sonic, but we have Mania coming out so soon as well and that just looks like a consistently better game.

Boost Sonic looks decent, but it having 2D sections is incredibly disappointing. Avatar looks meh, don't care about him. Classic Sonic's gameplay looks awful and will hurt reviews majorly especially compared to Mania.

Sonic was never good. The first time I played one of these games my reaction was "Is that it?" because I had just beat the first 2 levels, and barely anything interesting had happened. I'm glad I got into RTS and strategy when I was young, instead of caring about this boring series forever, like some people do.
