I have one of these and it sucks. It looks cool, but the sticks are too heavy. When you push the stick to the right and then let go, it doesn't just return to the neutral/middle position. It springs too far to the left, so it ends up inputting right then left, instead of just right.

It's great once you get the hang of it. No more fumbling between the buttons and sticks.
